You can install solar panels without planning permission, however there are important limits and conditions which must be met to benefit from these permitted development rights.
You should discuss with the local planning authority for your area whether all of the limits and conditions will be met.
For systems above 3.6kW an application to your energy supplier will be required to be submitted, however Kingsway Electrical can take care of this application for you.

Solar panels typically last between 25 – 30 years. Considering the average life expectancy of a boiler is between 10-15 years, solar panels are an excellent option. We offer a manufacturing warranty of 2 years and an additional 5 – 10 years workmanship warranty at an additional cost.
Most installations are completed within a day but some larger jobs can take longer. Once we know the size of the system required we will inform you of time scales.
We offer reliable and ongoing maintenance. We conduct an inspection every 2 years so you can have the peace of mind that everything continues to run smoothly.
